✨ Sustainable scents. Soulful spaces. ✨
Thank you for choosing Light & Blossom! Each candle is hand-poured in small batches to bring warmth, calm, and fragrance into your space. To make the most of your candle — and to keep things safe — follow these simple care tips.
Before You Light
-
Trim your wick to ¼ inch (6mm) before each burn.
This helps prevent soot and ensures a steady flame.
-
Always place your candle on a heat-resistant, level surface away from drafts, curtains, or vents.
-
Keep away from children, pets, and anything flammable.
While It’s Burning
-
Let the wax melt fully to the edges of the container on your first burn. This helps prevent tunneling and gives an even, long-lasting melt pool.
-
Burn your candle for no longer than 3–4 hours at a time.
-
Never leave a burning candle unattended or move it while the wax is liquid.
-
If the flame flickers or grows too high, extinguish, trim the wick, and relight once cooled.
After You Blow It Out
-
Allow the wax to cool and solidify before touching or moving your candle.
-
Stop burning when about ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom of the jar.
-
Wipe away soot from the rim and replace the lid between burns to keep the scent fresh.
-
Repurpose or recycle your candle jar once it’s finished — it’s perfect for plants, pens, or cotton rounds!
Natural Soy Candle Notes
-
Minor surface changes (like frosting or uneven tops) are totally normal with natural soy wax — they won’t affect the quality or scent throw.
-
For figure candles, always use a heat-safe dish to catch wax drips.
Safety First
-
Never burn a candle all the way down.
-
Keep candles at least 10 cm (4 inches) apart.
-
Do not burn in a drafty area or near a vent.
-
Discontinue use if the container cracks, chips, or becomes too hot to touch.
✨ Enjoy your Light & Blossom candle — made with care, intention, and love.
Because candles should do more than just smell good.
