Returns & Refund Policy

 

At Light & Blossom, each candle is hand-poured with care, and we truly hope it brings warmth to your home. If for any reason your order isn’t quite what you expected, here’s how we can help:



Returns


  • We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect.




Refunds


  • Once your return makes its way back to us and we’ve had a chance to look it over, we’ll send you a quick update.
  • Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.




Damaged or Incorrect Orders


  • If your order arrives damaged or not quite right, please email us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Photos of the item and packaging help us make things right quickly.
  • We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever works best for you.




Items That Can’t Be Returned


Because of the handmade and personal nature of our products, we can’t accept returns on:


  • Used or burned candles and melts
  • Aromatherapy items that have been opened
  • Custom orders or personalized candles
  • Sale and clearance items




How to Start a Return


Just email us at lightandblossom.ca@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
